The National Food Safety Committee under the mandate of the Ministry of Climate Change & Environment - MOCCAE, in coordination with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority - ADAFSA or formerly known as Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority - ADFCA, are authorities working on implementing Food Safety and executive regulations, which include strict controls and standards to ensure food safety throughout the food industry. Al Ain Distribution Company or AADC is a public service company and a fully-owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company or TAQA registered and incorporated in the UAE with Head Office at Al Ain City Municipality. It is the sole distributor and supplier of water and electricity in Al Ain City and the surrounding rural areas in the Eastern Region of the Abu Dhabi Emirate. Resolution No. 17 of 2005 issued by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, may God protect him. The Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company was created to safely collect and treat or dispose of wastewater or any solid and liquid waste generated from residential and industrial facilities under the jurisdiction of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
